· What is the difference between an original and a print ?

Original: paintings that are hand made on 300GSM, 100%cotton, cold pressed paper.

Print: prints and postcards are digitally printed on 250~300GSM stock paper. there is an obvious difference in the pricing for each.

· Can I customize prints?

While we don’t have this facility right now, please feel free to write to us at hello@purplepirateco.com and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

· Can I send a custom request for original water color?

Yes. Please send us an email to hello@purplepirateco.com to schedule a call for the same.

· What is the price range for custom work?

Depending on the scope and size of work, the price will vary.

· What is the time frame for a custom work?

4 to 6 weeks from date of order’s payment confirmation.

· Can a print be exchanged with another print after receiving?

In such a situation, we request you to return your order and place a new one. Return policy will be applicable.
